The story takes place in the fall of 2007 in Tokyo. Haruhi Kitahara, a third-year student at Peak City University, joins a light music club in order to create the last memories of her student days, but the band collapses due to a relationship conflict. Haruhi starts to gather members in order to perform successfully at the school festival, and succeeds in persuading Yukina Ogiso, a college idol who sings on the rooftop, to join the group. After discovering the musical genius of Kazusa Touma, a problem child in her class, the two of them go to great lengths to get her to join the band as well. After the three unrelated people have succeeded in the school festival with all their concentration and hard work, the three are united in their hearts. ...... Although everyone thinks so, their love for each other leads to a brutal tragedy after that. ......
